Ingredients for - Broccoli Casserole with Rice

1. Frozen chopped broccoli - 2 (10 ounce) packages
2. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 2 (10.75 ounce) cans
3. Instant rice - 2 cups
4. Chopped onion - ¾ cup
5. Butter - ¼ cup
6. Process cheese sauce - 1 (16 ounce) jar
7. Salt to taste - 1 (16 ounce) jar
8. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 (16 ounce) jar

How to cook deliciously - Broccoli Casserole with Rice

1. Stage

Cook rice as directed on box.

2. Stage

Saute onions in margarine until done.

3. Stage

Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain.

4. Stage

Mix together broccoli, soup, rice, onion, butter or margarine, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 9 by 13 inch oven proof dish.

5. Stage

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Christina
