Ingredients for - Sautéed Radish Greens

1. Extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
2. Butter 1 ½ teaspoons
3. Garlic, minced 1 clove
4. Purple radishes, sliced 4 medium
5. Radish greens, washed and chopped 1 bunch
6. Crumbled feta cheese ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Sautéed Radish Greens

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat until butter melts. Add garlic and sauté until softened and fragrant, about 1 minute. Add radish slices and sauté to bring out their sweetness, 1 to 2 minutes. Add greens and sauté until wilted, 1 to 2 minutes.

2 . Stage

Remove from the heat and stir in feta cheese.
