1. Cooked pulled pork - 1 ¼ pounds
2. Red enchilada sauce - 1 (10 ounce) can
3. Chopped green chile peppers - 1 (4.5 ounce) can
4. Black beans, rinsed and drained - ½ cup
5. Frozen corn - ½ cup
6. Onion, diced - ½ medium
7. Sliced black olives - ⅓ cup
8. Corn bread mix - 1 (15 ounce) package
9. Milk - ⅔ cup
10. Egg - 1
11. Butter, melted - 2 tablespoons
12. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 3 ounces

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine pulled pork, enchilada sauce, green chile peppers, black beans, corn, onion, and olives in a large bowl. Spread mixture into a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Combine corn bread mix, milk, egg, and butter in a separate bowl. Pour over pork mixture. Spread Cheddar cheese on top.
