3. Chopped green chile peppers 1 (4.5 ounce) can
4. Black beans, rinsed and drained ½ cup
5. Frozen corn ½ cup
6. Onion, diced ½ medium
7. Sliced black olives ⅓ cup
8. Corn bread mix 1 (15 ounce) package
9. Milk ⅔ cup
10. Egg 1
11. Butter, melted 2 tablespoons
12. Shredded Cheddar cheese 3 ounces

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Combine pulled pork, enchilada sauce, green chile peppers, black beans, corn, onion, and olives in a large bowl. Spread mixture into a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
