1 . Stage
Pour the coconut milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and put it on the fire. Bring to a boil and over low heat, boil the milk until it thickens for about 5 minutes. Then add the white chocolate to the milk and stir until it has dissolved.

Then pour the coconut shavings into the milk-chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly. Remove from the heat and cool for about 20 minutes.

Spread the coconut mixture into silicone candy molds and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours. The coconut mixture will harden but not freeze!
4 . Stage
Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
5 . Stage
Take the candies out of the mold and glaze them in dark chocolate.
6 . Stage
Place the ready candies on a silicone or Teflon mat and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
