1. Cashew butter - 1 cup
2. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
3. Brown sugar - 4 tablespoons
4. Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
5. Soy sauce - 4 teaspoons
6. Toasted sesame oil - 2 teaspoons
7. Lime, juiced - 1 medium
8. Chili-garlic sauce - 1 tablespoon
9. Coconut milk - 1 (14 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Cashew Dipping Sauce

1. Stage

Put cashew butter in a bowl. Whisk garlic, brown sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil together. Add lime juice and chili-garlic sauce.

Bring coconut milk to a simmer in a pot over medium heat. Pour warm coconut milk into the cashew butter mixture and whisk until smooth. Taste and adjust as needed. Transfer to a serving dish.
