1. 1 pound ground beef -
2. 2 beef bouillon cubes -
3. 2 cups water, divided -
4. 2 tablespoons cornstarch -
5. 1 can (28 ounces) chop suey vegetables, drained -
6. 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce -
7. Cooked rice -
8. Chow mein noodles -

How to cook deliciously - Chop Suey

1. Stage

In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Dissolve bouillon in 1-1/2 cups boiling water; add to skillet.

2. Stage

Combine remaining water with cornstarch; stir into beef mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Add vegetables and soy sauce; stir and cook until heated through, about 15 minutes.

3. Stage

Serve over rice; sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
