1. 2 packages (7-1/4 ounces each) macaroni and cheese dinner mix -
2. 1 pound ground beef -
3. 1 cup chunky salsa -
4. 2 cups crushed tortilla chips -
5. 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained -
6. 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend -
7. Sour cream, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Macaroni Taco Bake

1. Stage

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in salsa; set aside.

2. Stage

Spread macaroni into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Layer with beef mixture, chips and olives; sprinkle with cheese.

3. Stage

Bake, uncovered, at 350° until heated through, 15-20 minutes. Serve with sour cream if desired.
