1. Stage

Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low. Throw in all the oil, a pinch of salt.

Add flour quickly and stir with a wooden spatula until nothing sticks to the walls.

Cool the custard dough slightly. Add egg and mix thoroughly. In the same way, gradually add the rest of the eggs.

Turn on the oven to heat it up to 200 C. On a baking sheet covered with parchment, use a teaspoon to put the dough in the form of a cake.

Bake in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes. After that, reduce the temperature to 170-180 C and oven until a pronounced golden-ruddy color. Do not open the oven during cooking.

After cooking, let the choux pastry stand in the oven for 10 minutes, then open the oven and let it stand for another 10 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and grease the cakes.
