6. 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped -
7. 1 teaspoon salt -
8. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
9. 2 eggs, lightly beaten -
10. Extra virgin olive oil or canola oil -

How to cook deliciously - Cod Fish Cakes

Prepare the potatoes: Boil and mash the potatoes; set them aside.
