1. Stage

In a chilled small glass bowl using chilled beaters, beat the cream until it begins to thicken. Editor’s Tip: While it may seem tedious, freezing the bowl and beaters helps create stiffer peaks for coffee whipped cream. Pop the equipment in the freezer for 15 minutes before starting.

2. Stage

Add in confectioners’ sugar, cocoa and coffee granules. Beat until soft peaks form. Store in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
