1. Yucca, peeled and chopped - 3
2. Cabbage, chopped - 1 medium head
3. Chayote squash, peeled and chopped - 4
4. Carrots, peeled and chopped - 1 (12 ounce) package
5. Fresh corn, halved - 2 ears
6. Chicken broth - 2 (14 ounce) cans
7. Water to cover - 1 cup
8. Salt to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Corn and Chayote Squash Soup

1. Stage

Combine yucca, cabbage, chayote squash, carrots, and corn in a large pot. Add chicken broth and enough water to cover and bring to a boil.

2. Stage

Reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft, about 1 hour. Season with salt.
