1. 2 c. Clamato (tomato-clam cocktail) -
2. 1/2 c. tomato juice or vegetable juice -
3. 1/2 red bell pepper -
4. 1/2 orange bell pepper or yellow bell pepper -
5. 1/2 poblano pepper or green bell pepper -
6. 1/2 firm-ripe Hass avocado -
11. 1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce -
15. 1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat -
How to cook deliciously - Crabmeat Shooters Quintana
1. Stage
In a large pitcher or bowl, combine all ingredients except crab and cucumber. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, place chunks of crabmeat in small cocktail or juice glasses. Top with tomato mixture and garnish with cucumber, if desired.
