2. 1 (16-oz.) block cream cheese, softened to room temperature -
3. 1/3 c. granulated sugar -
4. 2 large eggs, divided -
5. 1 (16-oz.) box Betty Crocker™ Supreme Original Brownie Mix -
6. 1/3 c. vegetable oil  -
7. 3 tbsp. water -
8. 3/4 c. premade whole cranberry sauce, room temperature -
9. 1/3 c. Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting -

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Cheesecake Swirl Brownies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350º and line a 9"-x-9" greased pan with parchment so that it hangs over on the sides for easy lifting. Grease the top of parchment.

In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sugar, and one egg, until smooth.

In another medium bowl, whisk together Betty Crocker™ Supreme Original Brownie Mix, oil, water, and remaining egg. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the brownie batter.

4. Stage

Stir the cranberry sauce to loosen it, then drop dollops of the sauce on top of the cream cheese layer. Repeat this with the Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting. Using an offset spatula or a butter knife, gently slice through the cream cheese layer to swirl the chocolate, cream cheese, and cranberry sauce.

5. Stage

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out with no wet batter. The brownies will be very fudgy. Let cool and refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing.
