3. Tomato paste - 1 (6 ounce) can
4. Butter - 4 tablespoons
5. Onion, diced - 1
6. Garam masala - 3 teaspoons
7. Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
8. Chile powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Bay leaf - 1
10. Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste - 1
11. Heavy cream - 2 cups
12. Frozen cauliflower, thawed - 1 (16 ounce) package
