1. 2% milk - 2 cups
2. Heavy cream - 2 cups
3. Sugar - 1 cup
4. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
5. Peppermint extract - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Green food coloring (Optional) - 3 drops
8. Miniature semisweet chocolate chips - 1 cup

1. Stage

Stir milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, peppermint extract, and salt together in a large bowl until the sugar has dissolved. Mix in green food coloring.
