1. Hot water - 3 cups
2. Italian red wine, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons
3. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
4. Ground cinnamon - ¾ teaspoon
5. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
6. Ground ginger - ¼ teaspoon
7. Fresh spearmint leaves - 4
8. Fresh mint leaf - 1 leaf
9. Apple, cubed - ½

How to cook deliciously - Emerald-Drop Snow Tea

1. Stage

Combine water, red wine, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, spearmint leaves, and mint leaf in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add apple to mixture. Simmer tea until apple breaks easily with a fork, about 5 minutes. Remove apple using a slotted spoon or strainer and pour tea into a mug.
