Ingredients for - Fajita Lettuce Cups

1. Buttery spread (such as Smart Balance®) 2 tablespoons
2. Fajita seasoning 1 (1 ounce) package
3. White onion, chopped 1
4. Garlic, crushed 2 cloves
5. Red bell pepper, cut into small cubes 1
6. Steak, cut into very small pieces 1 pound
7. Cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced 10
8. Iceberg lettuce, leaves separated ½ head

How to cook deliciously - Fajita Lettuce Cups

1 . Stage

Melt buttery spread in a large skillet. Add fajita seasoning and stir until thoroughly mixed. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add red pepper and cook for 2 minutes more. Stir in steak and mushrooms. Cook until steak is no longer red but still juicy, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

2 . Stage

Serve warm in lettuce cups.
