1. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
2. Garlic, crushed - 5 cloves
3. Freshly grated ginger - 1 tablespoon
4. Toasted sesame oil - 2 teaspoons
5. Reduced-sodium soy sauce - ½ cup
6. Light brown sugar - ⅓ cup
7. Crushed red pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Green onions, chopped, divided - 6
9. Hot cooked brown rice - 4 cups
10. Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Easy Korean Ground Beef Bowl

1. Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook, stirring and crumbling into small pieces until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease.

Stir in garlic, ginger, and sesame oil and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper. Cook until beef absorbs some sauce, about 7 minutes. Add 1/2 of chopped green onions.
