Ingredients for - Fresh Corn Salad

1. Sweet corn - 3 ears
2. Cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise - 1 ½ pints
3. Green onions, diced - 1 bunch
4. Minced fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
5. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
6. Aged white wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
8. Feta cheese, cubed - 1 (4 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Fresh Corn Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add corn and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and cool under running water so it's easier to handle.

2. Stage

Cut corn off the cobs into a large bowl. Add tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper and mix together. Add feta cheese just before serving.
