Ingredients for - Frogmore Stew

1. Water - 6 quarts
2. Old Bay Seasoning TM - ¾ cup
3. New red potatoes - 2 pounds
4. Hot smoked sausage links, cut into 2 inch pieces - 2 pounds
5. Corn - husked, cleaned and quartered - 12 ears
6. Large fresh shrimp, unpeeled - 4 pounds

How to cook deliciously - Frogmore Stew

1. Stage

Bring water and Old bay seasoning to a boil in a large stockpot over high heat.

2. Stage

Add potatoes; cook for 15 minutes. Add sausage; cook for 5 more minutes. Add corn; cook for 5 more minutes. Stir in shrimp; cook until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes. Drain immediately and serve.
