How to cook deliciously - Funny Soup

Here's the set of products. My fillet is already chopped, carrots grated.

Cut onion, grate carrots, cut fillet into small pieces.

Add water or cooked chicken broth. It is my firm belief that hot water or broth should be added to this recipe. When you want the meat to be tasty when cooking it is put in hot water, this broth will already have a rich flavor. We add a little more than one and a half liters of liquid.

While the fillet is boiling, prepare the tomatoes. Dip them in boiling water for a couple of minutes, take them out and peel them.

Pass the tomatoes through the meat grinder. You can also do it in a blender, but I like it better with a meat grinder :)

While we were cooking the tomatoes, the fillet had almost fallen off. We add salt and pasta like cobwebs, a hundred grams, that's about two handfuls.

Boil the pasta until tender, add the mashed tomatoes, and while it all boils make the dressing. Egg and sour cream and wait a couple of minutes. Turn down the heat and pour the dressing. Remove from the heat and allow to stand for a few minutes.

Serve for dinner.
