How to cook deliciously - Shells baked with pumpkin and cheese
1. Stage
Boil the shells until half cooked.

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

4. Stage
Mix the pumpkin and cheese and fill the shells with this mixture. Put the stuffed pasta into the baking dish (I have an oval shape 23*13*5)

Prepare the sauce. Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater and stew in pumpkin oil (any vegetable oil) for 3-4 minutes.

Puree the pumpkin in a blender. Add cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and rosemary. Whisk to combine.

7. Stage
Pour the sauce over the shells.

8. Stage
Cover the form tightly with foil and place in a preheated 180* oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Then carefully remove the foil, increase the temperature of the oven to maximum and bake for another 5-7 minutes (until lightly browned).
