Ingredients for - Shrimp de Jonghe

1. Bread crumbs - ⅔ cup
2. Dry sherry - ½ cup
3. Butter, melted - ½ cup
4. Garlic, minced - 1 large clove
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Dried tarragon, or to taste - 1 pinch
7. Dried marjoram, or to taste - 1 pinch
8. Cooked shrimp - 3 pounds
9. Minced fresh parsley - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp de Jonghe

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Stage

Mix bread crumbs, sherry, butter, garlic, salt, tarragon, and marjoram together in a bowl.

3. Stage

Place shrimp into a baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over top, then garnish with parsley.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
