8. Cayenne pepper ¼ teaspoon
9. Salt ¼ teaspoon
10. Freshly ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
11. Shredded pepperjack cheese ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Healthy Quiche

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Coat a skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat; cook and stir onion and zucchini until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
