1. 6 garlic-stuffed green olives, roughly chopped -
2. Minced fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
3. Capers, minced - 1 teaspoon
4. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Sherry vinegar - 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Hot honey (such as Mike's Hot Honey®) - 1 tablespoon
7. Whole grain mustard - 1 teaspoon
8. 1 14x6-inch flatbread - 1 teaspoon
9. Goat cheese, at room temperature - 4 ounces
10. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - 4 ounces
11. Sujuk sausage, quartered - 6 slices

How to cook deliciously - Goat Cheese Flatbread with Sujuk and Green Olive Tapenade

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine olives, parsley, capers, oil, and vinegar in a small bowl. Mix honey and mustard together in another small bowl.

3. Stage

Place flatbread on a sheet pan. Spread goat cheese evenly over top, then season with pepper. Sprinkle with the olive mixture, then place the sujuk over top.

Bake in the preheated oven until sujuk is crisp, 7 to 9 minutes.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with mustard sauce. Cut into 8 slices and serve.
