2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. All-purpose flour - ¼ cup
4. Chicken broth - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
5. Milk - 2 cups
6. Grated Gouda cheese - 1 ½ cups
7. Chopped broccoli - 2 cups
8. Ground nutmeg - 1 pinch
9. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Gouda and Broccoli Soup

1. Stage

Melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook and stir onion in the melted butter until tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
