Ingredients for - Greek Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

1. Fresh blueberries - ½ cup
2. Sliced fresh strawberries - ½ cup
3. White sugar (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
4. Granola, or as needed - 6 tablespoons
5. Nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt - 1 (6 ounce) container
6. Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Greek Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

1. Stage

Add blueberries and strawberries to a small bowl. Sprinkle with sugar; stir to coat the berries.

2. Stage

Place 2 tablespoons granola in the bottom of 2 parfait glasses. Spoon 2 tablespoons yogurt on top and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest. Top with 1/3 of the berries. Repeat layers until the parfait glasses are full.
