Ingredients for - Grilled Brussels Sprouts

1. 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved -
2. 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar -
4. 1 tbsp. honey -
5. 1 tbsp. Grainy mustard -
6. 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes -
7. Kosher salt -
8. 1/2 c. Freshly grated Parmesan, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Brussels Sprouts

1. Stage

Heat grill to medium. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, and red pepper flakes and season with salt.

2. Stage

Carefully thread sprouts onto metal skewers. Grill, turning frequently, until sprouts are tender and cooked through, about 10 to  15 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan before serving.
