Ingredients for - Grilled Chicken Thighs

1. 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs -
2. Kosher salt -
3. Freshly ground black pepper -
4. 2 tbsp. butter -
5. 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar -
6. 1/3 c. honey -
7. 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed -
8. Canola oil, for greasing -
9. Sliced chives, for garnish -
10. Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish -
11. Lemon wedges, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Chicken Thighs

1. Stage

Place chicken thighs on a large plate and season with salt and pepper on all sides. Let sit, in the refrigerator, for at least an hour. 

2. Stage

Meanwhile, make glaze: In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add vinegar, honey, and garlic and stir until honey has dissolved. Season with salt and pepper. Set near the grill. 

3. Stage

Garnish with chives and parsley and serve with lemons.
