Ingredients for - Habanero Hellfire Chili

1. Bacon - ½ pound
2. Ground round - 1 pound
3. Ground pork - 1 pound
4. Green bell pepper, diced - 1
5. Yellow onion, diced - 1
6. Jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped - 6
7. Habanero peppers, seeded and chopped - 6
8. Anaheim peppers, seeded and diced - 8
9. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
10. Ground cumin - 1 ½ tablespoons
11. Crushed red pepper flakes - 1 tablespoon
12. Chili powder - 3 tablespoons
13. Beef bouillon granules - 2 tablespoons
14. Crushed tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
15. Whole peeled tomatoes, drained - 2 (16 ounce) cans
16. Chili beans, drained - 2 (16 ounce) cans
17. Beer - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can
18. Tomato paste - 3 ounces
19. Chile paste - 1 ounce
20. Water - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Habanero Hellfire Chili

1. Stage

Place bacon in a large soup pot. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess grease, leaving enough to coat bottom of pot Remove bacon, drain on paper towels and chop.

2. Stage

Brown beef and pork in pot over medium high heat. When meat is browned, stir in the bell pepper, onion, jalapeno peppers, habanero peppers, Anaheim peppers, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, chili powder, bouillon, crushed tomatoes, whole tomatoes, beer, tomato paste, chile paste and water.

3. Stage

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beans and bacon and continue simmering for another 30 minutes.
