1. 4 cups fresh arugula -
2. 1 can (15 ounces) no-salt-added cannellini beans, rinsed and drained -
3. 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved -
4. 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced -
5. 1/3 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers -
6. 1/3 cup pitted Nicoise or other olives -
7. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil -
8. 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil -
9. 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest -
10. 2 tablespoons lemon juice -
11. 1 garlic clove, minced -
12. 1/8 teaspoon salt -
13. 2 cans (5 ounces each) albacore white tuna in water, drained -
