2. 3 medium nectarines, sliced -
3. 1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries -
4. 3 tablespoons brown sugar -
5. 2 tablespoons cornstarch -
6. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger -
7. 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg -
8. 1/4 cup maple syrup -
9. 2 tablespoons lemon juice -
10. Topping: -
11. 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats -
12. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour -
13. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar -
14. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
15. 4 teaspoons unsweetened apple juice -
16. 4 teaspoons canola oil -
17. 1-1/2 teaspoons butter, melted -

How to cook deliciously - Plum Good Crisp

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400°. Place fruit in a large bowl. Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, spices, syrup and lemon juice; toss with fruit. Transfer to an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray.

2. Stage

For topping, mix oats, flour, brown sugar and salt; stir in remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit.

3. Stage

Bake, uncovered, until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
