How to cook deliciously - Honey-Glazed Pork Chops With Mango Salsa

1. Stage

Prepare a grill for medium-high heat or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat; clean and oil grates and preheat 5 minutes. In a medium bowl, whisk ketchup, honey, soy sauce, mustard, ginger, and paprika. Set about 1/4 cup glaze aside for serving. Season pork chops all over with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

2. Stage

Grill pork until seared on bottom side, about 3 minutes. Flip and lightly brush glaze on top of chops, then grill 3 minutes more. Flip and glaze one more time on each side. Continue to grill until pork is no longer pink in center and an instant-read thermometer inserted into center registers 145°, about 2 minutes more per side. Transfer to a platter and let rest 5 minutes.

3. Stage

Meanwhile, combine mango, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

4. Stage

Spoon reserved glaze and mango salsa over pork chops.
