2. 1/2 c. Russian (or Thousand Island) dressing -
3. 1 1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided -
4. 1 c. chopped corned beef, divided -
5. 1 c. sauerkraut, drained -
8. Bagel chips, for serving -
How to cook deliciously - Hot Reuben Dip
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and Russian dressing until combined, then fold in 1 cup of Swiss, almost all the corned beef, and sauerkraut and season with pepper.
2. Stage
Transfer dip to a small baking dish and top with remaining 1/4 cup Swiss and corned beef. Bake until golden and bubbly, 18 to 20 minutes.
3. Stage
Garnish with parsley and serve with bagel chips.
