Ingredients for - Indonesian Pork Noodle Bowl

1. Vermicelli or angel hair pasta - 8 ounces
2. Olive oil, divided - 2 tablespoons
3. Smithfield® Garlic & Herb Seasoned Pork Loin Filet, cut into 1/4-inch thick strips - 1
4. Minced garlic - ½ teaspoon
5. Crushed red pepper flakes - ½ teaspoon
6. Coarsely shredded cabbage - 3 cups
7. Chopped celery - 2 cups
8. Green onions, sliced - 3
9. Soy sauce - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Indonesian Pork Noodle Bowl

1. Stage

Break pasta into thirds. Cook in boiling water according to package directions; drain.

2. Stage

Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet. Stir-fry pork, garlic and pepper flakes until pork is browned. Remove from skillet and reserve.

3. Stage

Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Stir-fry cabbage, celery and green onions until tender-crisp.

4. Stage

Add pasta, stir-fried pork and soy sauce to skillet; heat through.
