1. Stage
Peel the potatoes and boil them. Drain all the water, mash, add 100 g butter and 100 g cream. Chop the mushrooms and fry in oil and salt. Put them on a plate.

Pour 150 ml of cream into the pan where the chicken was roasted, add the basil and boil for 3 minutes.

Grease the form with oil and sprinkle with white breadcrumbs. Now assemble our casserole: mashed potatoes, mushrooms, dill.
