1. Packed brown sugar 2 cups
2. Mashed bananas 1 cup
3. Eggs 2
4. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
5. Vegetable oil (Optional) 2 tablespoons
6. All-purpose flour 3 cups
7. Baking soda 2 teaspoons
8. Salt 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cinnamon 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Ground allspice ½ teaspoon
11. Ground cardamom 1 tablespoon
12. Ground cloves ½ teaspoon
13. Dark beer 2 cups
14. Chopped walnuts 1 ½ cups
15. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
16. Dates, pitted and chopped 2 cups
17. Minced fresh ginger root 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Banana Beer Bread

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, banana, eggs, and vanilla. For moister bread, add oil, if desired.

3 . Stage

In a separate bowl, sift together 3 cups flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, all spice, cardamom, and cloves. Alternately blend the flour mixture and beer into the banana mixture.

4 . Stage

Toss the walnuts with the remaining flour. Stir in the dates and ginger to the mixture and blend well. Pour into two loaf pans.

5 . Stage

Bake in preheated oven until inserted toothpick inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean, about 1 hour.
