Ingredients for - Italian Potato Salad

1. Potatoes, peeled and chopped - 5 large
2. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
3. Extra virgin olive oil - ⅔ cup
4. White wine vinegar - ½ cup
5. Chopped fresh parsley - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Italian Potato Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool and chop.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, vinegar and parsley. Add potatoes and toss to evenly coat.

3. Stage

Cover and refrigerate overnight.
