2. Black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained 2 (15 ounce) cans
3. Frozen cut green beans, thawed 2 (9 ounce) packages
4. Cubed potatoes 2 cups
5. Chopped onion 1 cup
6. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
7. Chicken stock 1 (32 fluid ounce) container
8. Hot Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's® REDHOT Buffalo Wing Sauce), or to taste 2 tablespoons
9. Ketchup 2 tablespoons
10. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
11. Ground thyme ½ teaspoon
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ½ teaspoon
13. All-purpose flour (Optional) ¼ cup
14. Water (Optional) 1 cup

1 . Stage

Place bratwurst sausages, black-eyed peas, green beans, potatoes, onion, garlic, chicken stock, Buffalo wing sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a slow cooker.

Cook on High setting until vegetables are tender and soup is thickened, 3 to 4 hours.
