Ingredients for - Black-Eyed Pea Bratwurst Stew

1. Bratwurst sausages, cut into thirds - 2 pounds
2. Black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
3. Frozen cut green beans, thawed - 2 (9 ounce) packages
4. Cubed potatoes - 2 cups
5. Chopped onion - 1 cup
6. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
7. Chicken stock - 1 (32 fluid ounce) container
8. Hot Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's® REDHOT Buffalo Wing Sauce), or to taste - 2 tablespoons
9. Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
10. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
11. Ground thyme - ½ teaspoon
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
13. All-purpose flour (Optional) - ¼ cup
14. Water (Optional) - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Black-Eyed Pea Bratwurst Stew

1. Stage

Place bratwurst sausages, black-eyed peas, green beans, potatoes, onion, garlic, chicken stock, Buffalo wing sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a slow cooker.
