Ingredients for - Jalapeño Popper Burgers

1. 6 oz. cream cheese, softened -
2. 1/2 c. shredded cheddar -
3. 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella -
4. 2 jalapeños, minced -
5. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
6. 2 tbsp. chives -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. 2 lb. ground beef -
10. 12 slices bacon -
11. 4 hamburger buns -

How to cook deliciously - Jalapeño Popper Burgers

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños, garlic powder, and chives. Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined.

Shape beef into 8 large, thin patties. Place a large dollop of the cream cheese mixture into the middle of a patty. Place another patty on top and pinch the seams together. Repeat to make 4 stuffed burgers.

Wrap each patty with 3 slices of bacon. Season all over with pepper and refrigerate until ready to cook.

In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, add bacon-wrapped patties. Cook until the bacon is crispy, about 8 minutes per side. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the meat has reached your desired doneness, about 10 minutes for medium.
