2. Onion, coarsely chopped 1 small
3. Red bell pepper, coarsely chopped 1 small
4. Black beans 3 (15 ounce) cans
5. Salsa 1 (16 ounce) jar
6. Chicken broth ½ cup
7. Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
8. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
9. Chili powder 2 teaspoons

1 . Stage

Combine pork tenderloin, onion, red pepper, black beans, salsa, chicken broth, oregano, cumin, and chili powder in a slow cooker. Set to Low and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
