1. Frozen Johnsonville® Mild Italian Sausage Slices 1 (22 ounce) package
2. Green bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 medium
3. Red bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 medium
4. Onion, thinly sliced 1 medium
5. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
6. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
7. Diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano 1 (14.5 ounce) can
8. Red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon
9. Hoagie or sub rolls 1

1 . Stage

In a large skillet, saute the sausage, peppers, onion and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes and pepper flakes. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until heated through.
