Ingredients for - Pan-Seared Brussels Sprouts

1. Brussels sprouts - 20
2. Dijon mustard - 2 teaspoons
3. Honey - 2 teaspoons
4. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Sliced almonds - 2 tablespoons
6. Dried Cherries - 2 tablespoons
7. Sea salt - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Pan-Seared Brussels Sprouts

1. Stage

Slice each Brussels sprout into 5 or 6 slices.

2. Stage

Mix Dijon mustard and honey together in a small bowl.

3. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add Brussels sprouts and cook for 1 minute. Pour in Dijon-honey mixture; cook and stir continuously until Brussels sprouts start to brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Add almonds and cherries in the last minute of cooking. Season with sea salt.
