1. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed - 6 (5 ounce)
2. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 6 (5 ounce)
3. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Green bell pepper, cut into strips - 1 medium
5. Red bell pepper, cut into strips - 1 medium
6. Yellow bell pepper, cut into strips - 1 medium
7. Orange bell pepper, cut into strips - 1 medium
8. Onion, chopped - 1 large
9. Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed - 2 cups
10. Fresh bean sprouts - 1 cup
11. Sliced water chestnuts, drained - ½ cup
12. Soy sauce - ¼ cup
13. Teriyaki sauce - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Keisha's Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry

1. Stage

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Saute chicken in the hot oil until browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer chicken to a plate.

2. Stage

Add bell peppers and onion to the hot wok and saute for 5 minutes. Add mixed vegetables, bean sprouts, and water chestnuts; saute for 2 minutes. Return chicken to the wok. Add soy sauce and teriyaki, and continue to cook until chicken is no longer pink in the centers, about 5 minutes more.
