1. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed 6 (5 ounce)
2. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 6 (5 ounce)
3. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
4. Green bell pepper, cut into strips 1 medium
5. Red bell pepper, cut into strips 1 medium
6. Yellow bell pepper, cut into strips 1 medium
7. Orange bell pepper, cut into strips 1 medium
8. Onion, chopped 1 large
9. Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 2 cups
10. Fresh bean sprouts 1 cup
11. Sliced water chestnuts, drained ½ cup
12. Soy sauce ¼ cup
13. Teriyaki sauce ¼ cup

1 . Stage

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Saute chicken in the hot oil until browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer chicken to a plate.

2 . Stage

Add bell peppers and onion to the hot wok and saute for 5 minutes. Add mixed vegetables, bean sprouts, and water chestnuts; saute for 2 minutes. Return chicken to the wok. Add soy sauce and teriyaki, and continue to cook until chicken is no longer pink in the centers, about 5 minutes more.
