1. Grapeseed oil 2 tablespoons
2. Pita bread rounds, cut into 1-inch pieces 2
3. Shredded romaine lettuce 2 cups
4. Green bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces 1
5. Roma tomato, cut into bite-size pieces 1 large
6. Red onion, sliced ½
7. English cucumber, cut into bite-size pieces ½
8. Chopped feta cheese ¼ cup
9. Chopped fresh mint 2 tablespoons
10. Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley 1 tablespoon
11. Extra-virgin olive oil, or more to taste ¼ cup
12. Lemon, juiced, or more to taste 1
13. Garlic, grated 1 clove
14. Greek seasoning ½ teaspoon
15. Ground sumac (Optional) ½ teaspoon
16. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Danielle's Fattoush Salad

1 . Stage

Heat grapeseed oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook and stir pita bread pieces in hot oil until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer bread pieces to a paper-towel lined plate.

2 . Stage

Stir romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, feta cheese, mint, and parsley together in a large bowl.

3 . Stage

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Greek seasoning, sumac, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until completely combined. Pour olive oil mixture and pita bread pieces into lettuce mixture; toss to coat.
