1. 1/4 c. buttermilk -
2. 1/4 c. mayonnaise -
3. 1/4 c. sour cream -
4. 2 tbsp. finely chopped pepperoncini, plus 1 tbsp. pepperoncini juice -
5. 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley -
6. 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh dill -
7. 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper -
8. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder -
9. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -
10. 1/4 tsp. onion powder  -
11. 4 strips bacon, finely chopped -
12. 1 (32-oz.) bag frozen French fries, baked according to package instructions, or 1 batch Double-Fried Fries -
13. 1 1/2 c. shredded white and/or orange sharp cheddar -
14. 1/4 c. pepperoncini, thinly sliced -
15. 2 scallions, thinly sliced -

How to cook deliciously - Loaded Fries

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, pepperoncini, pepperoncini juice, parsley, dill, pepper, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder.

Make Ahead: Dressing can be made 5 days ahead. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.

Preheat oven to 400º. In a cold, medium skillet, arrange bacon in a single layer. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crispy and fat is rendered, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Arrange fries on a sheet tray in a single layer. Top with cheese and bacon.

Bake fries until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes.

Top with pepperoncini and scallions, then drizzle with pepperoncini ranch.
