1. Mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed - 4
2. Simple syrup - 1 cup
3. Fresh lime juice - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Mango Sorbet

1. Stage

Place cubed mango in a food processor, and puree. Pour in simple syrup and lime juice, and puree until smooth.

2. Stage

Place in an ice cream maker. Freeze thoroughly.
