How to cook deliciously - Maple-Prosciutto Baked Brie
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 375°. Line a small rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, stir together 1 tbsp. of the maple syrup, the brown sugar, and paprika. Season with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper.

Lay the prosciutto slices out on a work surface on a diagonal, so each slice overlaps about halfway. Brush the prosciutto with half of the maple syrup mixture. Arrange the brie in the center of the slices and brush the top and sides of the brie with the remaining maple syrup mixture. Wrap the sides of the prosciutto up and over the brie so the top is entirely covered.
4. Stage
Flip the brie and place it prosciutto seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until the cheese is melted through to the center, 12 to 15 minutes.

Using a spatula, transfer the brie to a serving plate and drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Serve with crackers and sliced apples.
