1. 2 to 2-1/2 pounds beef top sirloin steak (about 1 inch thick) -
2. 1-1/2 cups water -
3. 3/4 cup soy sauce -
4. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce -
5. 1 medium onion, chopped -
6. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar -
7. 2 tablespoons lemon juice -
8. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard -
9. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
10. 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes -
11. 1 teaspoon dried thyme -
12. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning -
13. 1 teaspoon pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Marinated Sirloin Steak

1. Stage

Place steak in a shallow dish. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over the meat. Turn to coat; cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. Stage

Remove meat; discard marinade. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°).
