Ingredients for - Mashed Potatoes for Two

1. Potatoes, peeled and cubed - 2 medium
2. Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
3. Garlic, chopped - 1 clove
4. Cream - ⅓ cup
5. Salted butter, melted - 2 tablespoons
6. Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
7. Dried rosemary, crushed - ⅛ teaspoon
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Mashed Potatoes for Two

1. Stage

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until light brown and fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and add to potatoes.
